It is essential that you provide all the information we request on the form when you email us. If it is not provided we may not be able to help you. This particularly applies to the telephone number. This is because a large proportion of the email replies we send out are returned to us, either because we have been supplied with an incorrect email address, or because our reply has been rejected by an over zealous spam filter. If we have a telephone number we can at least make contact with you. Consequently, if you don't provide a telephone number, you might never hear from us, and there's nothing we can do about it. Also some enquiries are better dealt with by telephone and we may choose to call you rather than email. Email is not always the best medium for a reply.
