MIDI Zone Splitter - (Zone Klone)  Top of page

Intended for live use mainly. This product will take a MIDI input on a single MIDI channel and can split it into several zones and then re-output to a selected MIDI output port. Each zone can perform multiple transformations on the data, for example changing the MIDI channel, transposition, port selection etc...

There can be 128 setups stored for recall from a single program change message. When a program change message is received, the appropriate setup is recalled, the selected zones are established and any pre-selected program changes will be output on the selected MIDI channels (including bank switching), together with controller information (such as MIDI volume) for setting the performance parameters. Program 'maps' can also be defined to recall 'scenes' or 'songs' - so you can easily change your running order for a concert or show.

So a single program change received from your master keyboard can be used to re-program your entire rig - send different program change messages to each synth, setup zones with transformations, and send initial data to pre-set volumes and other controllers.

MidiStream Wireless MIDI system  Top of page

MidiStream is aimed at any MIDI performer who wants to be free of their MIDI cable, be they a keyboard player, wind controller player or any other portable instrument. MidiStream can also be used in conjunction with a MIDI controller such as the Control Freak, to adjust levels on a MIDI controlled mixing desk (eg 01X) from anywhere in an auditorium.

MidiStream is a diversity system (dual receiver) and has been designed specifically to address the problems unique to MIDI data transfer, especially to not leave notes stuck on should the transmission link be interrupted for any reason.

MidiStream transmits all MIDI data, including SysEx, MIDI clock and MIDI timecode. Licence exempt. Units are sold as a pair (transmitter & receiver).

LD2-PRO MIDI level display  Top of page

This product is aimed mainly at keyboard players working in an orchestra pit who need an indication of the position of their volume pedal.

Typically the unit will display the value of MIDI volume (CC#7) on channel 1, but can be set to display any controller on any MIDI channel by using the built-in learn feature.

The selected level is displayed both numerically and on a 20 segment multi-colour bargraph. The numeric readout can be set to display 0-127 or 0-20 as required.
