We will usually inform you when goods are being despatched. For stock items on orders placed before 2pm UK time, we usually get the goods out the same day. For orders placed after this time, we will do our best but we will probably miss the carrier’s pick-up deadline.

Except where other arrangements have been made goods are usually despatched using the "next day" service of a carrier. This means that they expect to deliver by 5pm on the next working day after despatch.

Please inform us promptly if goods have not been delivered after allowing reasonable time for delivery.

Over the years we have built relationships with several reliable carriers, but even in the best regulated circles, things do go wrong sometimes. Please bear with us if this happens. Just give us the facts (what you ordered and when, plus your name, address and contact number) and leave the rest to us. We always get these things sorted out.
